JWL History
Junior Welfare League was organized in the fall of 1930, during the depth of the Great Depression, as a general charity group to help the needy of Enid. It has since steadily expanded its projects and committees to meet the ever changing needs of our community. Each year, we reevaluate our volunteer services to determine where our members can be used most effectively and efficiently.
